General workers, drivers, administrative staff, or individuals holding a managerial position, this is their chance to shine. All agricultural workers are eligible to participate in the Overberg Agricultural Worker 2023 competition. An agricultural worker is defined as any person who actively contributes to the farming industry. To enter the competition, individuals must be nominated by their employer, management, farmworkers’ committee, or fellow employees.
Participants can choose from a diverse range of categories that represent various roles within the farming industry.
Whether nominees specialize in animal production, agricultural processing, or hold a position in social development, there is a category that suits their expertise. Here are some of the categories available:
