We are a quality driven, high output flexo print manufacturer located in the Lowveld.

Below are the details of the position:

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate all aspects of a busy manufacturing operation
• Manage department materials forecasting and procurement.
• Drive quality, food safety, and sustainability of department
• Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, and training.
• ERP setups, administration, and reporting together with strong Excel spreadsheet work.
• Ensure relevant communication flows between departments and achieve targets.
• Innovate and problem solve in a pressurised environment.

Requirements:

• Energetic and outcomes-driven
• Proactive in managing operations.
• Experience in managing a manufacturing operation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in ERP setups, administration, and reporting, as well as strong Excel spreadsheet work
